The first property, at 2,4,6,8 & 10 Rue Radisson, Gatineau, Québec, was purchased for $64.2 million and comprises 623 suites.
The second property, at 65-71 Boulevard Fournier & 15 Rue Beriault, was purchased for $25.9 million and comprises 248 suites.
