Skyline raises $150,317 for Coldest Night of the Year 2024

[Guelph, Ontario – March 4, 2024]

On February 24, 2024, Skyliners and their friends and family across Canada participated in Coldest Night of the Year fundraising campaign, raising $150,317 for charities fighting homelessness, hurt, and hunger.

We are grateful to all Skyline friends who contributed to the fundraiser and helped us raise a total of $75,429, far exceeding our initial fundraising goal of $50,000. Skyline matched every dollar donated until February 23, leading to a grand total of $150,317

Skyline placed #2 in Canada for corporate fundraising for this initiative, and #1 among real estate corporations for corporate fundraising.

2. Brantford, Ontario – $21,674.50 raised
3. Guelph, Ontario – $13,311.00 raised
4. Cambridge, Ontario – $11,920.00 raised
5. Niagara Falls, Ontario – $8,350.00 raised

Skyline’s Top-5 individual fundraisers for 2024:

1. Rubina K., Guelph, Ontario – $3,615.00 raised
2. Amanda R., Brantford, Ontario – $2,917.00 raised
3. Stephanie C., Elora, Ontario – $2,203.15 raised
4. Rajdeep B., Winnipeg, Manitoba – $1,850.00 raised
5. Colleen H, Halifax, Nova Scotia – $1,600.00 raised

As per stats from CNOY.org, our donations have been distributed among charities helping hunger, hurt, and homelessness in communities across Canada.

The overall Coldest Night of the Year 2024 campaign was a huge success, raising more than $14.1 million with 6,322 teams and 40,918 walkers across Canada.
