Skyline’s Director, Sustainability wins NextGen 2024 award

[Guelph, Ontario – June 24, 2024]

On June 24, 2024 Fay Yachetti, Director, Sustainability, Skyline Group of Companies, was recognized as a Connect Canada CRE 2024 Next Generation Award winner. She is one of ten nationwide winners for 2024.

Fay manages the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy for Skyline Group of Companies. She facilitates Skyline’s many sustainability initiatives and ensures that sustainability is factored into everyday decision-making across each of Skyline’s companies and that Skyline is positioned as a positive influencer among its industry peers.

“Sustainability has long been an integral part of Skyline’s operations and business plans, even before the introduction of a formal Sustainability team, but Fay has taken our efforts to new levels and is helping to shape the future direction of Skyline,” said R. Fay played a critical role in launching Skyline Group of Companies’ Sustainability department in 2020 and has helped transform Skyline’s sustainability efforts into a formalized package. In her time with Skyline, she has made a substantial positive impact at Skyline by spearheading sustainability, employee training, and engagement activities.

The Connect Canada CRE Next Generation Awards recognize commercial real estate’s most talented young professionals from across Canada.
