Introducing the Skyline GO! app

Skyline Group of Companies has released the Skyline GO! app, a powerful tool for all Skyline investors and stakeholders—and their networks to explore and navigate to Skyline’s nearly-500 properties across Canada.

You can download Skyline GO! on the App Store or Google Play Store. It functions similarly to Google Maps, featuring an interactive map screen identifying all properties across Skyline’s funds: Skyline Apartment REIT, Skyline Industrial REIT, Skyline Retail REIT, and Skyline Clean Energy Fund.

Whether you are a long-time Skyline investor, a new investor, or simply curious to learn more about Skyline, the app will provide you with new and ongoing insight into Skyline’s funds.

Skyline GO! allows you to:

• See Skyline property details on demand, including purchase date and price, suite count, square footage, expected clean energy generation, and much more.
• Enable GPS navigation to any Skyline property with the tap of a button, making it easier than ever for you to see the Skyline assets you’re invested in—or want to invest in.
• Receive customizable proximity alerts, notifying you when you are within a certain distance of a Skyline property— so you never miss an opportunity to visit a Skyline property when you’re on the go.
• Stay up to date on the latest fund activity with a built-in announcements feed, so you can be among the first to know about fund acquisitions, dispositions, unit price announcements, Skyline corporate news, and more.
