On September 5, the Skyline Apartment REIT, a privately-owned and managed portfolio of multi-residential properties across Canada, announced the acquisition of Carrington Ridge, a four-building luxury apartment property at 3605, 3615, 3625 & 3635 Carrington Road in the city of West Kelowna, BC.

Carrington Ridge is the Skyline Apartment REIT’s first purchase in West Kelowna. The property comprises 240 luxury suites and had a total purchase price of $55.4M.

Situated on a ridge with stunning views of Lake Okanagan as well as surrounding mountains, Carrington Ridge’s features and amenities include on-site EV charging stations, a rooftop solar panel array, a community garden, an outdoor patio, and a fitness centre.
