Skyline Apartment REIT Enters Nova Scotia with Dartmouth Purchase
On April 26, 2018, Skyline Apartment REIT finalized a deal to purchase 80 Holtwood Court (“The Kensington”) for $25.5M. With residential properties in BC, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick, the purchase of “The Kensington” is Skyline Apartment REIT’s first acquisition in Nova Scotia.

As part of the Skyline Living community, the Resident Manager of “The Kensington” will plan regular social events and charitable activities to help the residents of the building be active members in the Dartmouth community.
Post-acquisition, the Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 189 properties in 50 communities across 8 provinces – ON, SK, NB, NL, QC, AB, BC, NS – with 16,960 units and 661,195 square feet of commercial space.
