New Brunswick – Power has been restored to 25, 35, and 55 Primrose, 190 and 196 Carson, and 230 Mapleton. We are still waiting on the power to be restored to Mapleton Village.

On August 22, 2019, Skyline Apartment REIT, a privately-owned and managed portfolio of multi-residential properties across Canada, announced the acquisition of Clair Oak Apartments, a multi-residential property in Sarnia, Ontario, for $7.8 million.
Skyline Commercial REIT Completes Sale in Newmarket, Ontario
On July 15th, 2019, Skyline Industrial REIT completed a disposition transaction of one property in Newmarket, Ontario, to Mamba Gorham Inc. for $10.45M. The office building at 1091 Gorham Street consists of 59,147 square feet of office space with mixed retail tenants on the ground level.
Introducing Skyline Community Hub
Skyline Group of Companies (Skyline) announces that plans are well underway to unveil the company’s first shared community workspace, Skyline Community Hub in Fergus, Ontario. With construction set to begin early September, Skyline plans to invest over $1 million in seed money in support of community service providers focused on the Centre Wellington Community.
