On Thursday, December 10th, 2015, the Skyline Retail REIT entered its 34th community: the city of Sarnia, Ontario. The Retail REIT acquired a 21,802 square foot property at 1378-1386 Exmouth Street, with Best Buy and A&W serving as anchor tenants. The property was purchased for $5.52 million.

It was an early morning for Skyline's executive management team as they headed to Gateway Public School in Guelph, Ontario to volunteer for a student nutrition program. The volunteers cooked and served hot meals to over 30 children. Skyline sponsors nine of these nutrition programs throughout the Guelph/Wellington area.
