On Monday, November 16th, 2015, the Skyline Apartment REIT purchased its sixth property in the City of Cambridge, Ontario. The property at 202 Hespeler Road was purchased for $7.4 million and comprises 62 suites.

On Friday, September 18th, 2015, Skyline Industrial REIT entered Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec, a city southeast of Montreal. The Commercial REIT purchased six industrial properties in the city, with a combined purchase price of $58.1 million, and combined square footage totaling 692,135 .
