On Thursday, January 15th, 2015, Skyline Industrial REIT acquired its first property in the City of Brantford, Ontario. The property at 97 Easton Road had a purchase price of $5.8 million, and has 102,995 square feet of commercial space.

On Wednesday, December 10th, 2014, the Skyline Apartment REIT acquired its seventh property in Hamilton, Ontario at 1854 & 1856 Main Street West. The property has 154 units and had a total purchase price of $13.86 million. Skyline Apartment REIT now has over 800 apartment suites in the City of Hamilton.
