Skyline Commercial REIT Closes $242M Portfolio; Skyline Group Now Managing Over $1 Billion in Assets!
On Monday, April 15th, 2013, Skyline Industrial REIT purchased the remaining properties included in the second phase of its $242 million commercial portfolio acquisition. The close of these properties marks the largest acquisition in Skyline's history, and brings Skyline Apartment REIT and Skyline Industrial REIT's combined holdings to over $1 billion.
Skyline Apartment REIT Acquires New Property; Moves Into City of Welland!
On Thursday, April 11th, Skyline Apartment REIT made its fourth acquisition of 2013. The property, which is located at 255 & 265 Willson Road in Welland, Ontario, had a purchase price of $6.6 million. The 112 unit property is located near both Maple Park and the Steve Bauer Hiking & Cycling Trail- beautiful city landmarks and attractions.
