150+ Skyline Staff Walk to Support Heart & Stroke

[Guelph, Ontario – June 27, 2024]

On Thursday, June 27, 2024, 152 Skyline employees came together to walk in recognition of Stroke Awareness Month as well as critical heart disease and stroke research.

Skyline has made a $15,200 donation to Heart & Stroke Canada – $100 for each staff member who participated in the walk. Funds will go toward critical heart disease and stroke research.

June is Stroke Awareness Month in Canada, a campaign created to call attention to the importance of fighting heart disease and stroke. Stroke is the leading cause of adult disability in Canada and the third-leading cause of death.
