Skyline recognized with two FRPO MAC awards

Skyline Group of Companies is proud to be among the winners of the 2024 Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO) MAC (Marketing, Achievement, and Construction) Awards, celebrating the best of Ontario’s rental housing industry.

Skyline took home the Environmental Excellence Award, which recognizes a rental housing provider that demonstrates excellence in environmental stewardship, as well as the Community Service Award of Excellence—Rental Housing Providers, which recognizes a company that has gone above and beyond to give back to the communities it operates in.

Skyline was a finalist for the Impact award, which recognizes a rental housing provider that has achieved extraordinary social outcomes related to one initiative or project in Ontario. Skyline submitted on behalf of The Shelldale Partnership—which Skyline was a part of alongside Kindle Communities, Guelph Community Health Centre (Guelph CHC), and Stonehenge Therapeutic Communities—for the 10 Shelldale Crescent Permanent Supportive Housing project.

Additionally, Skyline Living was a finalist for Best Advertising Campaign, which recognizes a rental housing provider that has exhibited excellence in a single advertising or marketing campaign. Skyline Living was shortlisted for the “Where’s the Heart of Your Home?” campaign for Pelham Junction Apartments in Welland, Ontario.

The FRPO MAC Awards recognize the industry’s top performers across 16 categories. As the voice of Ontario’s rental housing industry, FRPO represents more than 2,200 members who own or manage over 350,000 households in Ontario.
