[Guelph, Ontario – July 26, 2022]

On July 26, 2022, Skyline Apartment REIT acquired a new property at 230 Forsyth Street North (Embassy Towers), Sarnia, Ontario. The property consists of one seven-storey residential building with 54 units. It will be managed by Skyline Living.

The total purchase price for the property was $8.3M.
