The REIT purchased a 117-unit residential building in Chatham
[Guelph, Ontario – October 3, 2022]
On October 3, 2022, Skyline Apartment REIT acquired a residential property located at 76 Mary Street, Chatham, ON. The property consists of an eight-storey residential building with 117 units. It will be professionally managed by Skyline Living.
The total purchase price for the property was $22.3 M.
