The portfolio of properties includes:

The total purchase price for the portfolio was $32,250,000, bringing the Skyline Apartment REIT’s total IFRS value to $1,031,876,000.

Skyline Apartment REIT currently has 132 properties and 10,524 units in 43 communities across four provinces, with 718,952 square feet of commercial space.
