The 200-unit property is Skyline Apartment REIT’s second property in Edmonton, and its 5th in the province of Alberta. The property was purchased for $37 million.
Post-acquisition, Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 182 properties in 48 communities in six Canadian provinces, with 16,304 multi-residential units.
