Skyline Apartment REIT buys North Point in Nanaimo
[Guelph, ON – December 17, 2020]
On December 17, 2020, Skyline Apartment REIT announced its first property acquisition in the city of Nanaimo, BC.
North Point is located at 6971, 6973 & 6975 Island Highway North in Nanaimo.
The property comprises 151 residential suites and has a mix of one and two-bedroom units.
North Point is located at nature’s doorstep with forest and parkland nearby. It is also located close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Suites feature vinyl plank flooring, nine-foot-high ceilings, expansive windows, Italian kitchens with modern appliances, in-suite laundry, and roomy balconies.
North Point will be managed by Skyline Living.
