On August 7, 2024, Skyline Apartment REIT acquired a newly built residential property located at 445 rue Sicard, Mascouche, Quebec.

The property, which is part of the multi-phase Quarter 7 development, comprises one 10-storey residential building with 106 condo-style suites. It will be professionally managed by Gestion Danam Lacourse.

The Quartier 7 development is located in a residential area, directly opposite the Mascouche train station and close to public transport and essential services.  The property offers an on-site fitness center, multi-purpose room, games area, heated outdoor pools, furnished outdoor spaces, and EV charging stations.
