On December 20, 2024, Skyline Apartment REIT sold a property at 70 Fountain Street East in Guelph, Ontario.
The property comprises one three-storey building with 21,378 square feet of commercial space.
“70 Fountain Street East was identified in 2024 as appropriate for a strategic disposition,” said Matthew Organ, President, Skyline Apartment REIT.
“We will continue to evaluate the Skyline Apartment REIT portfolio and identify any non-core assets where strategic dispositions can create further value for our investors.”
Post-disposition, Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 235 properties in 55 communities in seven provinces across Canada, with a total of 21,006 residential suites.
