On February 22, 2025, Skyliners participated in the Coldest Night of the Year fundraising campaign, raising $134,280 for charities across Canada that support people in need.
We are grateful to all Skyliners and friends who contributed to the fundraiser and helped us exceed our goal. Skyline matched every dollar raised until February 22nd.
Skyline placed #1 in Canada for corporate fundraising for this initiative, and #1 among real estate companies for corporate fundraising.

- Matt Nicholl, Elora, Ontario: $12,325.00 raised
- Amanda Roorda, Brantford, Ontario: $12,198.77 raised
- Dan Zhao, Guelph, Ontario: $8,351.00 raised
- Ashley Connors, Edmonton, Alberta: $6,400 raised
- Colleen Haynes, Halifax, Nova Scotia: $6,200 raised
Our donations will contribute to charities addressing hurt, and homelessness in communities Skyline operates in.
The overall Coldest Night of the Year 2025 campaign was a huge success, raising more than $14.2 million with 6,456 teams and 38,932 walkers across Canada. If you missed the event and wish to contribute, Skyline’s donation portal is open until the end of March.
