The property comprises 108,722 square feet of retail space and was purchased for $38M. The anchor tenant for the property is Zehrs grocery. Other notable tenants include Dollarama, Anytime Fitness, and Scotiabank.
The property is Skyline Retail REIT’s first purchase in the city of Guelph, where the Skyline Apartment REIT and Skyline Commercial REIT? have been well established with multiple holdings.
