On Friday, November 17th, 2017, the Skyline Retail REIT purchased a six-property portfolio in the province of Quebec. The portfolio was purchased for $38.8M and comprises 129,137 square feet of retail space, with Sobeys (IGA and Ultramar Gas), Tim Hortons, and McDonalds as anchor tenants. In acquiring the portfolio, the Retail REIT has moved into an additional five communities in Quebec. The properties purchased are as follows:

3751-3761 Boulevard du Royaume, Saguenay, Québec
Post-acquisition, the Skyline Retail REIT comprises 87 properties in 54 communities across Ontario and Quebec, with over 2.5M square feet of retail space.
